Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Learnivora Systems platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Learnivora Systems provides a B2B corporate learning platform offering:
- Structured employee training programs and learning paths
- Onboarding workflows for new hires
- Team upskilling courses and certifications
- Manager and leadership development programs
- Analytics dashboards for HR and L&D teams
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
Enterprise clients are responsible for managing user accounts within their organization. You agree to: maintain the confidentiality of credentials, promptly notify us of unauthorized access, and ensure all users comply with these Terms.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are billed according to your enterprise agreement or subscription plan. All invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, software, trademarks, and platform features are the exclusive property of Learnivora Systems or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content solely for internal training purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or sublicensing platform access to third parties
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with platform integrity
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnivora Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend access immediately in cases of material breach, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Platte County, Wyoming.

Refund Policy
1. Overview
Learnivora Systems strives to deliver exceptional value through our corporate learning platform. We understand that circumstances change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.
2. Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of renewal may be eligible for a pro-rated refund — contact us to review
3. One-Time Course Purchases
For individually purchased courses or learning modules:
- A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase
- Refund is only eligible if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
- Courses completed or substantially accessed are not eligible for refund
4. Enterprise Contracts
Refund and cancellation terms for enterprise agreements are governed by the individual contract signed between Learnivora Systems and the client organization. Please refer to your Master Service Agreement (MSA) or contact your account manager for details.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees and onboarding implementation fees
- Custom content development services
- Certification exam fees once the exam has been attempted
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact our support team with your order number, account email, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
